Vote Absentee Ballot Requests

By filling out this form, the Scott County Auditor's Office will mail out an absentee ballot request form to the address provided. The completd request form will need to be returned prior to the 5:00 p.m. deadline to the Auditor's Office in person or by mail to the Scott County Auditor's Office, 600 W. 4th St., Davenport, IA 52801-1003. You can alternatively print an absentee ballot request form from your home and return it by the deadline below.

This form is for the January 28, 2025 Special Election to Fill A Vacancy in the Senate District 35 race. Forms will begin mailing as soon as possible.  They can be returned until Monday January 13th at 5 pm.   Submitting your form earlier is always preferable.
